Job Title: Tele Caller cum Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors politely.
- Make outgoing calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Provide basic information about the company's products and services.
- Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain visitor and call records.
- Handle customer inquiries and transfer calls when required.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Assist with basic office and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and visitors efficiently.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Graduation is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
