Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right career path and educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain course features, eligibility, fee structure, and career prospects.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is an added advantage).
- Strong counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a student-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM is a plus).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA graduates are welcome).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
