Sales Intern (Commission-Based | Remote)
Nova Transformation Services is a fast-growing digital marketing and AI automation agency helping businesses in India, Australia, and the UAE scale through performance marketing, automation, and brand strategy.
We're looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Intern to join our team and help bring more businesses into the Nova ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (SMBs, D2C brands, real estate, local businesses) via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
- Pitch Nova's services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website development, and AI automation
- Follow up with leads and maintain a basic CRM or tracker
- Collaborate with the founder to close deals and onboard new clients
- Represent Nova professionally across all communication channels
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Hunger to learn sales, digital marketing, and client acquisition
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling objections
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus, not mandatory
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
