Job Description - Fleet Coordinator
EMRI is Hiring for 108 Ambulance Project
Responsible for Fleet Management of IAP services 24/7 in the designated territory.
1.Responsible for uptime of the ambulance.
2.Responsible for the optimal performance of the ambulances.
3.Enhancing the appreciation of the vehicle.
4.Responsible for generating and implementing monthly calendar for ambulance visits and
audits in consultation with Zone Manager.
5.Responsible for the fuel economy.
6.Responsible for the scheduled servicing as recommended by the vehicle manufacturers.
7.Responsible for the prompt processing of the insurance claims.
8.Responsible for handling accident and break down resumption.
9.Responsible for identifying and enhancing business relations with local vendors (Spare
part dealers, workshops, Tyres & batteries supplying agencies, fuel filling stations and
agencies)
10.Escalating the incidents to the reporting manager promptly.
11.Disseminating the information, processes and policies to the field staff (Pilot).
12.Responsible for record maintenance and report generation. Trend analysis of key vehicle
attributes (Fuel efficiency, cost of maintenance, tyre utilization , break downs and
accidents).
13.Responsible for coordinating and executing regular training modules for Pilots (Educating and enhancing skill levels of Pilots).
14.Responsible for Statutory compliances of vehicle documents.
15.Prompt submission of bills related to Fleet operations.
16.Timely data Updation in Fleet applications (Fleet Management System - FMS)
17.Responsible for warranty claims with vendors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
