Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.
- Generate leads through networking, channel partners, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of local real estate market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling residential and commercial properties.
