Job Summary
Ping Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive for our Injection Moulding Plant. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling LG Electronics Plastic Injection Moulding Parts, warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, dispatch planning, and ERP transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Incoming, Outgoing, and Finished Goods Warehouse operations.
- Handle Plastic Injection Moulding Parts for LG Electronics products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation for material movement.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Plan daily material issue to production as per PPC schedule.
- Monitor FG (Finished Goods), RM (Raw Material), and WIP inventory.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and traceability of LG parts.
- Prepare daily stock reports, dispatch reports, and inventory MIS.
- Handle inward and outward documentation, GRN, Material Issue Slips, and Dispatch Documents.
- Conduct monthly physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping, 5S implementation, and safety compliance.
- Work on ERP/SAP transactions for inventory control.
Mandatory Requirement (Must Have)
- Candidate must have worked with LG Electronics or an LG-approved Vendor/Supplier.
- Must have experience in handling Plastic Injection Moulding Parts for LG Home Appliance products.
- Hands-on experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Material Traceability, Dispatch Planning, FIFO, Stock Audits, and ERP is mandatory.
- Knowledge of LG Packaging Standards, Labeling Requirements, Material Identification, and Dispatch Documentation is essential.
- Candidates without LG Electronics or LG Vendor experience will not be considered.

Salary
₹15000 – ₹ per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance.)

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in LG Electronics Plastic Injection Moulding Parts Warehouse.
- Experience in handling LG Home Appliance Components such as Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Microwave, and Water Purifier parts.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred.
- Candidates having experience in SAP/ERP-based warehouse operations will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
