Job Summary
The Chief Executive Operation will lead and oversee end-to-end operational activities for real estate and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, quality compliance, and operational excellence. The role requires strategic leadership across project execution, procurement, contracts, engineering, safety, vendor management, and resource planning.
The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with leadership teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to drive organizational growth and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Management
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead execution of residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
Establish operational KPIs, performance systems, and project governance frameworks.
Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all projects.
Project Execution Delivery
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines, approved budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor construction progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors.
Construction Management
Supervise construction methodologies, site operations, and engineering practices.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory norms, and compliance regulations.
Review project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Financial Commercial Oversight
Monitor project costing, cash flow, procurement, and resource allocation.
Optimize operational expenses and improve project margins.
Review contracts, vendor negotiations, and commercial agreements.
Vendor Stakeholder Management
Develop strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, government authorities, and channel partners.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality deliverables.
Manage client escalations and stakeholder communication effectively.
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, procurement, QA/QC, and site execution teams.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
Mentor senior operational staff and succession planning.
Compliance Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with RERA, environmental regulations, labor laws, and safety policies.
Implement quality assurance and quality control systems across projects.
Conduct periodic audits and operational reviews.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
MBA / PGDM in Operations, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred
PMP or relevant project management certification is an advantage
Experience Required
20–25 years of experience in real estate construction and project operations
Proven leadership experience in large-scale residential/commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction lifecycle, contracts, procurement, and project finance
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
