Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and sell professional training courses offered by caddcentre. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling admissions, and achieving monthly sales targets for CAD, BIM, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and IT-related courses.
Key Responsibilities
Promote CADD Centre training courses to students, graduates, and working professionals
Counsel students regarding career opportunities and suitable courses
Explain course details, fees structure, certification benefits, and placement support
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain student database and daily sales reports in CRM/Excel
Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions in colleges/institutions
Build relationships with colleges, training partners, and corporate clients
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Ability to handle student counseling and client interactions
Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma
Freshers can apply
Experience in Education Sales / EdTech / Training Institute sales is an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
