Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily rubber mixing and compounding activities.
- Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of raw materials according to approved formulations.
- Monitor batch quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet manufacturing requirements.
- Train, guide, and evaluate mixing operators and helpers.
- Maintain records of production, material consumption, and process parameters.
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot mixing process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Production departments regarding material and process requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs.
- Reduce material wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
