Title: Facebook Ads Specialist (E-commerce)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and scale our e-commerce advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating profitable sales, optimizing ROAS, and scaling campaigns for online stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Develop customer acquisition and retargeting strategies.
- Create and test campaign structures, audiences, and creatives.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads for e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience scaling campaigns with monthly ad spends of $5,000+.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce conversion funnels.
- Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with print-on-demand, toys, gifts, plushies, or merchandise brands.
- Experience advertising in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Shopify analytics.
- Experience creating UGC and influencer-driven ad strategies.
