About the role:
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Mind Coach to join our team. This role is focused on supporting clients’ mental and emotional well-being throughout their health and wellness journey. You will work closely with our nutritionists and dietitians to help clients overcome challenges such as emotional eating, stress, and low motivation, and to develop a healthier relationship with food. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine behavioral science, empathy, and practical strategies to help our clients achieve sustainable lifestyle changes.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Address emotional eating patterns and promote healthy food relationships
- Support clients in behavior modification and motivation techniques
- Collaborate with nutritionists and dietitians to deliver integrated care plans
- Provide psychoeducation to clients on mental health and behavioral aspects of wellness
- Conduct workshops, sessions, and contribute to content creation for awareness
- Help clients deal with challenges like stress, low motivation, or habit formation
An Ideal Candidate will have:
- 1–2 years of experience in behavior counseling, therapy, or a relevant coaching role
- Active listening and deep empathy
- Strong behavioral counseling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team collaboration and coordination
- Ability to motivate and emotionally support clients through their journey
Qualifications: :
- Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical or Counseling)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali, Punjab
