We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and enthusiastic candidate to manage back-office operations, client servicing, and service delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client communication and follow-up
- Quotation sharing, invoice generation & payment follow-ups
- Coordination with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintaining records and updating CRM
- Managing daily administrative tasks
Required Skills:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ MS Office knowledge is mandatory
✔ ZOHO CRM experience preferred
✔ Professional attitude with willingness to learn
