About Us
Expo India Connect is a dynamic event management agency specializing in large-scale exhibitions, corporate events, and experiential marketing. We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Tender Executive to lead our tendering and bid management process.
Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Prepare competitive bids and proposals aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and project teams for inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation.
- Track tender opportunities and maintain submission records.
- Negotiate terms and provide post-tender clarifications.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of tender management experience (event management preferred).
- Strong knowledge of government and corporate tendering processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools.
