We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support Tata Elxsi’s growth across the European Healthcare & Life Sciences market by generating qualified opportunities and building strategic relationships with MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across the European market.
- Build, nurture, and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to opportunity qualification.
- Engage with MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, and Healthcare organizations.
- Develop account penetration strategies and support account expansion initiatives.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Presales, Practice, and Delivery teams to support business growth.
- Create and support sales proposals, presentations, email campaigns, and solution documentation.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and opportunity reports.
- Work closely with onsite client partners and business stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Job Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Engineering Services, IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Healthcare-related industries.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, and Life Sciences sectors.
- Proven ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and engage enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently achieve targets.
- Experience working with large enterprises, global technology companies, or Fortune 500 accounts is preferred.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Educational background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience selling services to MedTech OEMs or Healthcare Technology organizations
