Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced AC Technician to handle the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all air conditioning and HVAC systems at our plant. The candidate must be hands-on, responsible, and capable of working independently at our on-site facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair split AC, window AC, and industrial HVAC units
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of all AC systems
- Identify and fix electrical and mechanical faults in cooling equipment
- Handle refrigerant charging, topping, and recovery safely
- Maintain service records and daily maintenance logs
- Coordinate with plant supervisor for breakdown and scheduled maintenance
- Ensure all work is done as per safety standards and guidelines
Required Qualifications & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on AC/HVAC technician experience
- Knowledge of split AC, cassette AC, and central AC systems
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and control panels
- Familiarity with refrigerants like R-22, R-32, R-410A
- Ability to work independently and handle breakdowns promptly
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
