Job Title: Senior Machine Designer – SPM (Special Purpose Machines)
Salary range: 26,000 - 45,000

Build machines that build the future. Siebener Automation and Solution is hiring a Senior Machine Designer to lead design of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) for our growing client base in industrial automation.
If you love turning a customer's problem into a working mechanical solution — and want to see your designs go from CAD screen to factory floor — this role is for you.
What you'll do:
- Design and develop SPMs end-to-end: concept, 3D modeling, GA drawings, BOM
- Work closely with automation and electrical teams to integrate mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems
- Review vendor drawings, guide fabrication, and support machine assembly and trials
- Mentor junior designers on the team
What you need:
- 1–5 years' experience in SPM / machine design
- Strong hands-on skills in CREO or SolidWorks
- Understanding of GD&T, sheet metal, and fabrication practices
- Ability to take a concept from sketch to a working machine
