This role requires managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and maintaining system stability. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement enhancements is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
