Position: Sales Consultant – Retail
Location: Kochi
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized.
- Handle billing, stock checks, and inventory updates as required.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Graduate qualification.
- Prior experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and target-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
