Job Designation: Senior Civil Engineer (for Commercial project)
Job Location: Cuttack.
Experience: 12-15 yrs.
Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Salary Range: Rs. 40000-Rs.50000 per month.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they adhere to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Execute excavation, foundation, concrete works and finishing works including Billing and vendor management.
- Direct and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
- Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment, and ensure all activities comply with relevant safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage the use of materials and equipment, ensuring they align with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Keep detailed records of project progress, daily activities, and any changes or issues encountered during construction.
- Address unexpected challenges, troubleshoot issues, and find practical solutions to keep the project on track.
- Assist in monitoring project costs and staying within budgetary constraints, identifying potential cost-saving measures.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Develop and manage construction schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and milestones.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Extensive AutoCAD experience (Mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
