· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
conducting interviews, and making job offers.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies.
· Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Processing salary structure
· Payroll Management
· Attendance management, payable days/leave calculation, salary processing of all
outsourced employees and timely disbursement of salaries
· Associate data management ( Data management in Excel)
· Employee record generation in software
· Branch coordination for associate data updating
· On boarding formalities, ( Offer letter, Appointment letter and other types of letter
generation).
· Possess extensive exposure in managing statutory compliances like PF, ESIC and so on.
· Completing Full & Final Settlement of resigned employees

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
