ITI Fitter or MMCP /NCTVT with 5 years / Diploma in Mech Engineering with 2 years of
Experience in mid-size Chemical production plant environment Exposure to Electrical Field, Safety & ISO Systems.
Plant Preventive Maintenance Plant / Utility / offsite area.
Maintenance of Glass Lined Reactors, SS reactors, Centrifugal Pumps, Gearboxes, Agitators,
Compressors, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Nitrogen Plant.
Break-down Maintenance & Overhaul of equipment’s
Awareness of EIA and HIRA of own Section
Awareness about Departmental objective, own role in them and status
Carrying out basic fabrication, cutting, welding, plastic welding , joining and installation work
inhouse
Updating and maintenance of records
Participation in Tool box and inspection audits
Ensure assigned agency workforce are complying with al EHS requirement when engaged in
any task whether jointly working or independently working
Implementation of Integrated Management System policy specific in the department
Comply for QMS, EMS and OHSMS requirements with respect to the department to establish,
implement and maintain
Compliance to PTW system requirements
Openness to any such system put to use that is related to functional activities
Compliance to the requirement of IMS Sustenance
Ensure that the Emergency preparedness plan in case of emergency is understood and act as
per plan
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
