Job Summary:
The Tender Executive is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting tenders for Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Mechanical, EPC, and Industrial Projects. The role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing techno-commercial bids, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and bid requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Mechanical, and EPC projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams for bid inputs.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation based on drawings and specifications.
- Prepare bid documentation, compliance statements, and tender schedules.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain tender records, bid status reports, and document control.
- Submit tenders through online portals and physical submissions as required.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Track tender opportunities from various government and private portals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering for Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Mechanical, EPC, or Industrial projects.
- Knowledge of tendering procedures, contract terms, and bid preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with GeM, CPPP, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL, ONGC, EIL, and other tender portals is preferred.
