About the Role
We are seeking a highly curious and technically strong individual who is passionate about coding, technology, AI tools, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, identifying mistakes in code, learning new technologies, and helping others improve their technical skills.
You will work closely with candidates preparing for technical interviews in the United States, helping them strengthen their technical knowledge, improve interview performance, and identify areas for improvement.
This is an on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Applicants currently residing outside Ahmedabad must be willing to relocate prior to joining.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical mock interviews for software developers, QA engineers, data professionals, and IT candidates.
- Review resumes and identify technical strengths and gaps.
- Assess candidates' coding, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Review and analyze code to identify errors, bugs, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Help candidates prepare for technical interviews by explaining concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Create customized interview preparation plans based on candidate experience and target roles.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and AI tools.
- Utilize tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other productivity platforms to enhance candidate preparation.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable improvement recommendations.
- Research interview trends, technical assessment patterns, and industry expectations.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related technologies.
- Excellent debugging and code-review skills.
- Ability to identify mistakes and explain solutions clearly.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies and tools.
- Comfortable using AI-powered productivity and coding tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with software development, technical training, coding mentorship, technical recruiting, or interview preparation.
- Active GitHub profile, personal projects, coding competitions, or contributions to technical communities.
