Shift time is 9am to 6pm , 10am to 7 pm, 1 pm to 10 pm, 2pm to 11 pm.
- Check V-CIP video recordings for proper customer verification
- Verify KYC documents with video interaction
- Identify errors, deviations, or suspicious cases
- Ensure process is followed as per RBI guidelines
- Maintain audit records and report observations
