Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee the studio's sales, project coordination, operational performance, and business reporting. The role acts as a bridge between the founders, design team, sales team, and execution teams to ensure smooth business operations, revenue growth, and project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development
- Lead and monitor the sales pipeline from inquiry to project closure.
- Track lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Support the founders in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and referrals.
- Review sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Design & Project Oversight
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of concepts, drawings, presentations, and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress across all stages and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients, designers, vendors, and execution teams.
- Maintain quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations of the studio.
- Track project schedules, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and site teams for project execution updates.
- Implement and improve operational processes, systems, and reporting structures.
- Ensure projects move efficiently from design approval to execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business management, operations, project management, or interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
