- Assess, diagnose, and provide immediate treatment to patients presenting with medical and surgical emergencies.
- Perform initial evaluation, triage, and stabilization of critically ill and injured patients.
- Manage emergency cases such as trauma, cardiac emergencies, stroke, poisoning, respiratory distress, and shock.
- Conduct detailed history taking, physical examination, and formulate treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, X-rays, CT scans, and other diagnostic tests.
- Perform emergency procedures including airway management, intubation, CPR, central venous access, wound suturing, and fracture stabilization.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialty departments for patient referrals and admissions.
- Monitor patients under observation and provide appropriate emergency care until definitive treatment is arranged.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment notes, and medico-legal cases.
- Attend emergency codes, disaster management situations, and mass casualty incidents.
- Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) as required.
- Educate patients and relatives regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and continuing medical education activities.
- Assist in training junior doctors, nurses, and emergency department staff.
- Ensure compliance with medico-legal requirements and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, consultants, and healthcare team members.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent, HOD, or Hospital Management.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
