Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Vrindavan and the surrounding Mathura district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing a team of field executives, and building lasting relationships with local distributors and B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Field Sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in Vrindavan’s growing commercial sectors (Retail, Construction, or Tourism).
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with existing dealers, shop owners, and corporate clients.
- Strategy Execution: Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans and promotional activities.
- Reporting: Track daily field visits, analyze sales performance via CRM, and report directly to the Regional Head.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in Field Sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, team handling, and local market knowledge.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; "Thoda English" or basic English proficiency is preferred for reporting.
- Travel: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle.
- Personal Attributes: Highly disciplined, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
