Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager to drive global marketing initiatives, expand our international market presence, and strengthen our brand across key regions. The role involves market research, marketing strategy, brand positioning, campaign execution, and close collaboration with sales and product teams. Domestic and international travel will be required as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Support market entry and global brand-building initiatives.
- Create marketing materials for international customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Coordinate participation in international trade shows and industry events.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in International Marketing, preferably in B2B, Agri-Tech, Animal Nutrition, Feed, or Agriculture.
- Strong knowledge of market research, international marketing, and brand management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
