Experience in logistics operations / ERP functional support Understanding of business processes (order delivery shipment) Strong analytical and user support skills Key Responsibilities Support planning and execution related system issues Work with business users to resolve process gaps Guide users on system usage and workflows Assist in testing and process improvements Analyze operational issues and trends Preferred (Not Mandatory) SAP ECC (SD/MM) Transportation / warehouse / shipping experience Exposure to SAP TM Experience in ERP / application support / development Basic understanding of data, debugging, and integrations
