Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to support our growth and expansion efforts. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, building relationships, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen interest in sales, client interaction, and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and build a database of potential clients using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads in a timely manner
- Craft personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages
- Clearly communicate the company’s services and effectively address client queries and objections
- Maintain accurate lead records, update the CRM, and prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Use tools like Apollo, Notion, Instantly, Powerpoint, Word Docs efficiently
- Conduct discovery meetings and qualify prospects
Skills & Requirements:
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Graduation (or final year in 2026) in any field with a strong interest in building a career in Sales/ Business Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Work Details:
Location: Mulund, Mumbai (Full time, Onsite)
Pay Range: 1.5 to 2.4 LPA + Incentives
Work Schedule: 10 am to 7 pm; Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays Off)
