Job Title: Sale Executive-Immediate joiner(Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to channel partners and potential clients.
- Handle high-volume cold and warm calls to share and update resale inventories.
- Source residential units for sale from channel partners.
- Reactivate inactive channel partners and maintain strong relationships.
- Generate leads, identify prospects, and qualify potential opportunities.
- Follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and reports in the CRM system.
- Upload and update call logs and feedback regularly.
- Explain and promote the Prop/Guru application to channel partners and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and sourcing activities.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Tele calling or Sales.
- Proven experience as a Tele caller or Sales Representative.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Comfortable working with CRM software.
- Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
