Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, researching, executing, and optimizing content creation/digital marketing campaigns across multiple business divisions. You will own the complete digital marketing lifecycle—from research and strategy to execution and performance analysis.
You will work closely with our graphic designer and management team to create engaging content, improve brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and maximize marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop innovative digital marketing strategies for multiple business verticals.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on branding, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Research trending content ideas, industry topics, customer interests, and competitor activities.
- Perform keyword research for SEO, paid campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI.
- Work closely with the graphic designer to research creative concepts and ensure high-quality visual execution.
- Coordinate photo shoots, promotional shoots, product photography, and marketing content production.
- Assist in creating marketing content including social media posts, blogs, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages.
- Improve the company’s online branding, visibility, and customer engagement across digital platforms.
- Track campaign analytics using digital marketing tools and prepare performance reports.
- Manage inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels.
- Perform lead qualification, follow-up coordination, and post-lead generation activities to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, advertising platforms, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
