As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with 2–4 years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud services. The candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, hands-on development exposure, and mandatory AI-led development experience using modern AI coding tools.
Participate in SDLC activities including development, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support.
Build and support cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and Architects to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodology, debugging, and problem solving.
Must have AI-led development experience using any AI coding/development tool such as MHCP/Microsoft Copilot, GHCP/GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, Amazon Q Developer, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following AWS services: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation.
Technical fit: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, Git/CI-CD.
AI-led development: Hands-on usage of MHCP, GHCP, Cursor AI, Claude AI, Amazon Q, or equivalent is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following AWS services: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation.
