Job Description – PRT Teacher
Plan and deliver engaging, child-friendly lessons as per the school curriculum.
Teach assigned subjects and ensure effective learning outcomes.
Use activity-based, experiential, competency-based, and digital teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, classwork, homework, and teaching aids.
Regularly assess students and maintain accurate academic records.
Provide remedial support to students who need additional help.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, positive learning environment.
Develop students’ communication, creativity, confidence, values, and life skills.
Check notebooks and assignments regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, training, assemblies, and school events.
Maintain punctuality, attendance, professional conduct, and confidentiality.
Follow all school academic policies, SOPs, rules, and instructions.
Work collaboratively with coordinators, teachers, and school management.
Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the school.
Pay: ₹9,799.52 - ₹18,477.59 per month
