# Job Summary
The Real Estate Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining company projects, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
# Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
* Explain project details and answer customer queries.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
* Update customer information in CRM/Excel.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
# Qualifications
* Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
* *Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.**
* Hindi is required; basic English is an added advantage.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
