We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory, dispatch, freight, CRM/ERP tracking, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities. The role involves ensuring smooth logistics operations, accurate inventory management, timely sample and order dispatches, cost optimization, and coordination with sales, plant, and customer teams to achieve operational efficiency and business objectives.
Manage inventory accuracy by ensuring complete alignment between Tcsion records and physical inventory.
Maintain minimum stock levels for critical materials and prevent stockouts for key products.
Ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free dispatches while coordinating freight and shipment activities.
Monitor freight insurance coverage to minimize financial loss due to transit damages.
Coordinate sample dispatches within committed timelines and follow up on qualification results.
Handle disposal of expired and out-of-specification (OOS) materials in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Optimize freight and logistics costs through vendor coordination and efficient shipment planning.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of orders, opportunities, quotations, sales orders, tasks, and next steps on Tcsion.
Maintain complete work traceability through proper CRM/ERP documentation and communication tracking.
Coordinate with sales and plant teams for customer documentation requirements, especially for UAE customers.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
Conduct regular monitoring and reporting of inventory, dispatch accuracy, logistics costs, attendance, and task completion metrics.
Support operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and timely reporting.
