Production Planning & Operations
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives.
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved.
- Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and local food regulations.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams to maintain product quality standards.
- Investigate and address quality deviations and customer complaints.
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate production supervisors and operators.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and company policies.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production losses.
- Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive productivity, yield improvement, and cost-reduction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in food manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing production teams in a food processing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems
Pay: ₹18,308.26 - ₹69,327.60 per month
