- Managed end-to-end recruitment for Tendering, Bidding, Estimation, Contracts, Procurement, and Project Support functions.
- Sourced and hired professionals for positions including Tender Executive, Bid Manager, Proposal Engineer, Estimation Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Engineer, Planning Engineer, and Procurement Executive.
- Coordinated with Tender Department Heads, Business Development teams, and Project Managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Utilized job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to source qualified candidates.
- Conducted resume screening, HR interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Scheduled and coordinated technical interviews with department stakeholders.
- Managed salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-employment verification processes.
- Maintained recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and hiring MIS reports.
- Ensured timely closure of critical positions to support tender submissions and project execution schedules.
- Assisted in onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.
- Built talent pools for future tendering and project-based hiring requirements.
