Responsible for preparing, verifying, and submitting Running Account (RA) bills, subcontractor bills, and final invoices based on site measurements, drawings, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) of Plumbing works.
Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Billing field.
Role & Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare RA bills for clients and subcontractors, including material reconciliation and certified quantities.
- Measurement Verification: Verify work done at the site by checking against drawings and taking joint measurements.
- Rate Analysis & Estimation: Analyze rates for extra items, estimate quantities, and manage project costs against budgets.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of measurements, bills, and contracts, ensuring they align with contract terms.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the site engineers, contractors, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and faster payment processing.
