We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to promote and enrol students in our Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets through outbound and inbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Counsel students and parents regarding UG/PG courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.
- Update lead status and student information in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the EdTech or Education industry will be preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or Admission Counselling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
Language Requirement
- Mandatory: Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)

- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet admission goals.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Compensation & Incentives
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance. Performance-Based Incentives:
₹750 incentive for every successful student admission.

* Coordinate with channel partners, agents
6. Probation Period
* Example: 3 months probation, confirmation based on performance
7. Work Timing
* Office timing and weekly off
* Sunday/holiday work if required during admission season
8. Incentive Structure
* Mention that incentives will be based on admissions/revenue/team achievement as per company policy
