Job Summary
Job Description: Primary Skill – Workday Integration
Core Requirements:
Proficiency in Workday Studio integrations, including leading implementations
Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges
Strong consulting skills, including workshops, demos, and explaining complex solutions
Support sales activities, including effort estimation for work packages
Ability to improve tools and processes
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
Ability to work under tight deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure
Desirable:
Workday HCM, Core Integrations, CCB, and Studio
Experience with other integration/middleware platforms (Studio certification preferred)
Experience in workflow design for business and technical solutions
Experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams
Strong customer focus with ability to manage expectations and escalations
Effective communication and presentation skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
Ability to build and maintain professional networks
Experience mentoring junior team members and acting as a role model
Key Responsibilities
1. To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.
2. To work towards continuous improvement , perform root cause analysis and act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
