Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can handle customer leads, explain property details, conduct site visits, and close deals for residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads generated through online portals
Connect with customers via calls and follow-ups
Share project & property details with clients
Schedule and conduct site visits
Maintain customer relationships and lead database
Monitor residential projects and assist in sales activities
Coordinate with internal team for deal closure
Requirements
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic English communication preferred
Interest in real estate sales & client handling
Target-oriented and professional approach
Experience in real estate / sales will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
