We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Aptitude Trainer to help our students crack competitive exams and campus placement drives. In this role, you will simplify complex concepts, teach time-saving shortcuts, and build students' confidence in quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Conduct high-energy sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation (DI).
- Shortcut Techniques: Teach speed-math techniques, Vedic math, and smart problem-solving shortcuts to help students maximize their scores under time constraints.
- Content Development: Design and update study materials, practice worksheets, and mock test papers.
- Performance Tracking: Evaluate student performance through regular mock tests and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
- Mentorship: Guide and motivate students to overcome exam anxiety and improve their logical thinking.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
