Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch, ensuring the achievement of sales and service targets, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and effective team management. The role involves coordinating all branch activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales, service, and profitability targets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom and service centre.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales, service, and administrative teams.
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile dealership management or a similar leadership role.
