Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring business operations.
- Lead and manage departmental teams to achieve organizational goals and targets.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, HR, accounts, and administration departments.
- Analyze business reports, sales data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle client relationships and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Prepare MIS reports, performance reviews, and business forecasts.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in management, operations, sales, or business development.
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is mandatory.
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.

Compensation
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and industry expertise.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
