Job Title: Recruiter
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
- Maintain candidate data and follow up regularly.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
Preferred:
- Candidates from Mulund, Thane, Bhandup, Nahur, Kalwa, Kalyan, and nearby locations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
