Job Description
- Set up CNC/VMC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and adjusting machine parameters as per job requirements.
- Perform programming and machine settings based on the job specifications and engineering drawings.
- Operate CNC/VMC machines efficiently to ensure smooth production and quality output.
- Get job/sample approval from the concerned department before starting bulk production.
- Monitor machining operations, maintain quality standards, and use measuring instruments for inspection.
- Ensure adherence to production targets, safety guidelines, and machine maintenance practices.
- Report machine issues or abnormalities to the supervisor and maintain workplace cleanliness.
