Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the positioning and go-to-market for Agent Fleet as the enabler of Acuity’s AI-powered service model.
The focus of the role is not on marketing AI technology in isolation, but on clearly articulating how Acuity’s domain experts, equipped with AI, deliver better, faster and more scalable outcomes for clients.
Working closely with AI, Data & Digital, Sales and Business Units, the role translates complex capability into a clear, commercially compelling proposition centred on AI-enabled people embedded within client workflows.
A key responsibility is to ensure Agent Fleet is positioned correctly within this model as the orchestration layer that enables the effective use of multiple AI tools and platforms, rather than as a standalone product.
The role requires a strong understanding of the AI ecosystem (including OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft, AWS and vertical tools such as Rogo and Hebbia) in order to clearly explain how these technologies are leveraged through Agent Fleet to support delivery. This understanding is critical to building credibility in client conversations.
The role also ensures clear differentiation from both AI tooling providers and traditional service firms, articulating why Acuity’s combination of domain expertise and AI enablement delivers superior outcomes compared to technology-only or labour-only models.
Success in this role depends on close collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure the proposition is grounded in real workflows, supports client conversations and strengthens Acuity’s position in AI-led opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the narrative for Acuity’s AI-enabled service model, clearly articulating how our domain experts, supported by AI, deliver better, faster and more scalable client outcomes
- Position Agent Fleet as the enabler of this model, ensuring it is understood as the orchestration layer that enhances how our people work, rather than a standalone product
- Translate complex AI capability into clear, client-facing messaging focused on workflow transformation, productivity and commercial impact, not tools or features
- Develop use-case-led propositions across priority sectors, grounded in real workflows (e.g. lending, asset management, investment banking, private markets)
- Build clear articulation of how Acuity’s model compares to:
- clients using AI tools directly (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
- vertical AI providers (e.g. Rogo, Hebbia)
- traditional service providers
- Maintain a strong understanding of the AI ecosystem (OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft, AWS and others) to credibly explain how these technologies are leveraged through Agent Fleet in delivery
- Equip Sales teams with clear, practical messaging and materials that improve client engagement, deal progression and win rates in AI-led opportunities
- Lead competitor and market analysis, translating insights into clear differentiation and “why us” positioning
- Shape campaigns and content to ensure a consistent, commercially relevant narrative across all channels
- Work closely with AI, Data & Digital teams to ensure propositions reflect real capability, delivery models and client outcomes
Key Competencies:
- Experience in B2B marketing, product marketing or proposition development within consulting, technology or data-led environments
- Proven ability to build and shape propositions, not just execute campaigns or content
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, commercially compelling narratives that resonate with clients and support sales conversations
- Good understanding of AI, data and digital technologies, with the ability to apply this to real business workflows and services, not just tools
- Practical familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, and tools such as OpenAI / Claude or similar
- Ability to understand and articulate how different AI tools and platforms fit together within a broader delivery model (e.g. orchestration, workflows, integration)
- Experience supporting consultative, high-value sales, with an understanding of how messaging influences deal progression and client decision-making
- Strong commercial instinct, with a focus on outcomes, differentiation and “why us” positioning
- Comfortable working with technical, delivery and commercial teams, and able to challenge and refine thinking where needed
