Key Responsibilities
- Manage New Product Development (NPD) projects from RFQ to mass production.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and conduct feasibility studies.
- Prepare product costing and coordinate with tooling for tool cost estimation.
- Develop DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Support tool design, tool trials, pilot production, and production validation.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Tooling teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Obtain customer approvals for samples before mass production.
- Maintain complete project documentation and ensure smooth handover to production.
- Monitor project timelines and resolve development-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, and customer quality requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD).
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFM, RFQ handling, and product costing.
- Understanding of Plastic Injection Moulding and Tooling processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
