Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Human Resource Executive / Associate to support the day-to-day HR requirements at anantam. The role will primarily focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations and employee coordination, while helping build a professional and well-structured work environment across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, institutes and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates for experience, communication skills and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain an organised recruitment pipeline and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Assist with offer letters, salary discussions and joining formalities.
- Develop reliable sourcing channels for retail, merchandising, marketing and administrative positions.
Onboarding & Employee Coordination
- Coordinate the induction and onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure employees understand their responsibilities, company policies, reporting structures and workplace expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with new employees during their initial weeks and probation period.
- Coordinate employee feedback and performance discussions with respective managers.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance information, leave records and relevant HR documentation.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters and other employee-related documentation.
- Assist with background/reference verification wherever required.
- Maintain organised records of recruitment activity, employee movements and HR-related follow-ups.
- Support management in implementing HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
Employee Engagement & Workplace Standards
- Act as an approachable point of contact for routine employee queries and concerns.
- Help maintain professional workplace conduct, communication and discipline.
- Assist in organising employee engagement, training and team-building initiatives where required.
- Identify recurring employee or operational concerns and communicate them appropriately to management.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior HR/recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident conducting interviews and interacting with candidates across different levels.
- Highly organised with good follow-up and documentation skills.
- Professional, approachable and capable of handling employee information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and fashion environment.
Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
